Precautionary Statements - Response
IF IN EYES: This product is safe for eye contact. Optometrists use hypochlorous acid to clean eyes before procedures. Rinsing with water is optional if desired for comfort.
IF ON SKIN: This product is safe for skin contact and will not cause irritation. Rinsing is optional.
IF SWALLOWED: This product is non-toxic. If small amounts are accidentally ingested, no adverse effects are expected. Drink water if desired for comfort.
IF INHALED: This product does not produce harmful fumes. No adverse effects from normal use are expected.
Precautionary Statements - Storage
Store at temperatures between 45°F and 100°F (7°C and 38°C). Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed. Do not allow to freeze.
Precautionary Statements - Disposal
May be safely disposed of in municipal drains or on plants, as product biodegrades to salt water. Follow local regulations for container disposal.

Reactivity
Product exhibits antimicrobial activity against bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew, spores, allergens, and microorganisms. This is the product's intended function and does not represent a safety hazard. No other reactivity concerns.
Chemical stability
Stable under normal storage conditions. Product maintains efficacy for 12 months once activated when stored under recommended conditions (sealed containers, away from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 45°F and 100°F). Hypochlorous acid naturally degrades to harmless salt water with prolonged exposure to sunlight or air, which is environmentally beneficial. Product can be reactivated using appropriate electrolysis equipment after the 12-month period.
Possibility of Hazardous Reactions
None under normal storage and usage conditions.
Conditions to avoid
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (reduces product efficacy), prolonged exposure of unsealed containers to atmosphere (reduces product efficacy), freezing temperatures, or temperatures above 100°F (38°C).
Incompatible materials
Do not mix with ammonia, strong acids, strong bases, or other cleaning or disinfection chemicals.
Hazardous Decomposition Products
None. Product naturally degrades to water and salt under all conditions.
