These comprehensive terms govern all interactions with Organic HypoSolutions, including our website, ecommerce platform, products, and services.
Agreement Formation: By accessing our website, placing orders, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement becomes effective immediately upon your first interaction with our platform.
Shopify Integration: Our ecommerce platform operates through Shopify, subject to both our terms and Shopify's Terms of Service. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify Payments and integrated third-party processors.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services. Minors may only use our services with parental consent and supervision.

Note: FAC = Free Available Chlorine. Our product at 163-200 ppm concentration must be diluted appropriately for specific FSIS-approved applications.
Product Concentration: Our hypochlorous acid solution is supplied at 163-200 ppm Free Available Chlorine concentration.
Dilution Responsibility: Customers using products in FSIS-regulated establishments are legally responsible for diluting products to appropriate concentrations per FSIS Directive 7120 requirements.
Compliance Verification: Establishments must verify proper concentration using appropriate testing methods and maintain records per Tailored Procedure Integration requirements.
Liability: We are not liable for improper dilution, application, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from customer actions.
OSHA Hazard Classification: This chemical is NOT identified as hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200).
Hazard Statement: This product contains no substances which, at their given concentration, are considered hazardous to health.

Quality Guarantee: We guarantee all products are free from manufacturing defects and meet stated specifications. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Product Performance: If products fail to meet EPA or USDA specifications, full refund or replacement guaranteed.
Dispute Resolution: We maintain detailed transaction records and shipping proof to contest illegitimate chargebacks. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating payment disputes.
Chargeback Fees: Customers may be charged for fraudulent or erroneous chargebacks that are successfully disputed.
Account Restrictions: Excessive chargebacks may result in payment method restrictions or account closure.
Total Liability Cap: Our maximum liability for any claim, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Consequential Damages Exclusion: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, cost of substitute products or services, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Definition: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
Modifications: Terms may be updated periodically with notice to customers. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.
