Comprehensive Liability Protection:

Maximum Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by customer for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, cost of substitute services, downtime costs, or other commercial damages.

Service Limitations: Sanitization services do not guarantee elimination of all pathogens or prevention of future contamination. Results may vary based on environmental conditions, surface types, contamination levels, and other factors beyond our control.

Time Limitation: Any claim must be brought within one (1) year from the date of service or product delivery.

Step 1 - Direct Resolution: Contact us directly at (801) 712-5663 or ohshocl@gmail.com to discuss any issues or concerns.

Step 2 - Owner Consultation: Unresolved issues will be escalated to our owners, Bob Strang and Brandon O'Neal, for direct consultation and resolution.

Step 3 - Compensation Agreement: If service has been unsatisfactory, we will work with you to reach a fair compensation agreement, which may include service credits, reduced costs, or other mutually acceptable solutions.

Step 4 - Legal Assistance: If resolution cannot be reached through direct consultation, disputes may be referred to our legal team for formal resolution processes.

Our Commitment: We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.

We stand behind our USDA Certified Organic HOCl services. If you're not satisfied with our service quality, contact us within 48 hours for resolution options including re-treatment, service credits, or compensation agreements.

Service Cancellations:

• 24-hour Notice: Full refund for cancellations with 24+ hours notice
• Same-day Cancellation: 50% cancellation fee
• No-show Fee: $75 charge for unavailable customers

Product Returns:

• Return Period: 30 days from purchase date
• Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns
